All orders will be shipped out within 1 - 3 business days after the order has been received. It is vitally important for you to provide a correct name and address to ensure smooth delivery. If an apartment, please also put as much detail as possible, such as the Apartment number, name of building, name of company etc. If the shipping address is incorrect or a delivery not possible after attempts, the mail will be returned to us as “returned back to sender”. In such cases, unfortunately I will have to charge an admin fee of 20% of total value of the order and the partial amount refunded.
Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply at their country's borders. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs or issues with postal services.
All orders are carefully checked for quality and quantity before dispatch.
