  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • For hygiene reasons, worn earrings can only be returned if faulty.
  • Damaged or faulty? We’ll put it right and cover the return postage.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Questions

How long does a refund take?

Once your return arrives and is checked, we process refunds within 10 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Choose “Exchange size” on the form and tell us the size you need. If it is in stock we’ll send it as soon as your return arrives.

I received a gift. Can I return it?

Yes. Choose “Gift return” and include the order number if you have it. Refunds for gifts go to the original purchaser.

Who pays for return postage?

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by you. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover the cost.
