📦Where is my order?
Free UK delivery is sent with Royal Mail and usually arrives in around 3–7 working days (a little longer at busy times). UK Tracked delivery arrives in 1–3 working days and is fully tracked, with your tracking link in your dispatch email. You can see your orders in your account.

Hoops are measured by inner diameter in millimetres; rings use UK letter sizes; chains and bracelets are shown in cm and inches. Not sure? Send us a message with the piercing or finger and we’ll recommend a size.
